Senior AI Experience Engineer,

Partner Enablement

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Experience Engineer to serve as the technical foundation of our MSP partner ecosystem. This is a strategic enablement position focused on empowering our managed service provider partners to successfully implement, sell, and support our AI solutions. You'll create training programs, technical resources, and enablement frameworks that transform partners into AI solution experts. Based in New York City's vibrant Flatiron District, Hatz AI is at the forefront of building innovative AI technologies for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide partners and clients through setup and integration of Hatz AI solutions, troubleshooting any issues for a smooth transition

  • Accelerate time to value of Hatz AI solutions post-sale through proactive technical support and guidance

  • Conduct live technical demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and hands-on product training sessions for partners and customers

  • Translate complex AI features into business value propositions that partners can confidently articulate to their end customers

  • Proactively engage with partners and clients to gather feedback, drive satisfaction, and identify utilization trends to continuously improve Hatz AI products and services

  • Participate in technical office hours, Feature Fridays, and ongoing enablement webinars to support active partners

  • Build comprehensive technical onboarding programs and content libraries that partners can leverage to help customers effectively use Hatz AI solutions

  • Serve as customer and partner advocate, representing their needs within the company and collaborating with engineering, product, sales and marketing teams

  • Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and trade shows as a subject matter expert in AI solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience as an Enablement Engineer, Sales Engineer or similar; experience working in the same MSP vendor vertical and/or in an MSP would be highly valuable

  • Proven experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment providing technical pre/post-sales support in a vendor or consulting environment

  • Experience with managed service provider (MSP) business models, go-to-market strategies, and working directly with MSPs

  • Track record of creating technical training programs and enablement assets

  • Exceptional presentation and executive-level communication skills—capable of making AI accessible to diverse audiences from technical practitioners to C-level executives

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems

  • Experience conducting live technical demonstrations, architecture sessions, and hands-on workshops

  • Working knowledge of a CRM system

  • Willingness to travel to events and conferences as required
