We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Account Executive to drive new MSP partner acquisition and expand sales within existing accounts. Join our sales team as an Account Executive reporting to the Head of Sales and play a critical role in driving company growth by acquiring new business and expanding relationships with MSP partners and end customers. This is a quota-carrying role where you'll directly impact the adoption of secure AI solutions across the SMB market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a clear and repeatable sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
Identify, prospect, and close new MSP partners and expand opportunities
Handle inbound qualified leads and convert them through structured sales motions
Conduct compelling sales calls and product demos showcasing our Secure AI Chat, Automations, Workflows, Agents and Adel phone agent
Own and manage a portfolio of active partners/customers, driving engagement and expansion
Guide partners through the full lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, first customers, and long-term growth
Collaborate with partners to drive AI adoption within their customer base
Shape Partner experience and continually raise the bar as Hatz AI continues to grow
Additional Responsibilities
Drive pipeline accuracy and deliver reliable forecasts
Follow prescriptive sales methodology
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams
Contribute to partner enablement and scalable sales processes
Stay current on AI adoption trends in the MSP and SMB space
Travel up to 20% of the time for partner meetings, conferences, and team sessions.
What makes you a great fit
Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments
Experience selling to MSPs or through partner/channel ecosystems (strongly preferred)
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota with strong forecasting skills
Understanding of AI, automation, or adjacent technologies—and curiosity to go deeper
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Self-starter who embraces change and enjoys building something transformative
